Laings Unveils a Refreshed Cardiff Showroom for 2026

Cardiff has been a cherished location for Laings for over two decades. Bringing timeless sparkle to this historic city, Laings are proud to once again elevate the luxury shopping experience in this special city.

Since 2000, Laings have embraced the city of Cardiff as a home for our fine jewellery offerings as well as a hub of creativity for our bespoke design team. Following an expansion in 2021, this year we are proud to once again grow and elevate our space to become the premier destination for luxury in Wales.

The showroom boasts a modern design with the removal of window backs from the storefront, allowing passersby an enhanced view of both exceptional jewellery product and the elegant showroom setting. This welcoming and open storefront is a gateway to luxury, setting the tone for the Laings experience before clients even step foot inside.

The best of Swiss-watchmaking can be found to the left of the entrance where the right-hand side of the showroom transports clients into a world of craftsmanship with diamond and gemstone brilliance. Guests are greeted by a  redesigned host welcome area, where they will be warmly met for appointments and walk-ins.

Exceptional designs are showcased in sleek cabinets with the addition of rotating turntable displays that give 360° views of the pieces. The Laings Family Collection and Exclusive Creations range are ready to be explored, each crafted with a singular beauty that blends elegantly with this refined setting.

Laings workshop will continue to operate from above the showroom area, where clients dreams are realised in reimagined and bespoke pieces, made for them exclusively.

Timepieces will continue to be restored to their former glory, with expert watchmakers ready to advise from the new client service area. You can see how each element of the showroom acts as an effort to continue the time-honoured tradition of jewellery and watch making.

Showroom Manager, Katie Keefe, proudly welcomes clients new and old, stating:
